The first stage was an online application form which asked basic information on past experiences and education. Then the last stage was a face to face interview with the store manager for about 30 mins.

Online application, then an online question assessment. Offered an interview with a choice of day and time where you chose the slot that suited you. Attended interview, the store manager made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. She explained the job and the hours that were available. It took 2 weeks to hear back. I phoned for feedback. She gave very good constructive feedback. I found this very useful (this was at the managers discretion). Overall a very useful experience.

Applied online for the position and received a email asking me to complete an online assessment. Was offered an interview with a selection of dates and times. This recruiter does not allow you to apply for further positions if you have been selected for an interview (even for different positions)

Interview
Relaxed interview, manager was very friendly and easy to converse with. Gave me lots of information about the role, where they saw the position developing. Explained about recent changes at Boots, benefits of the job and expectations of the successful applicant.
