The interviewer was tough but fair. The pride in the Boots brand is apparent and the culture is strong, so they are at pains to complement that with their choices. There are high expectations and some very impressive people...smart, focused and hard-working. The interviewer clearly was listening and sensing throughout, so I was impressed with the approach.
