I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Boots (Poole, England) in Dec 2016
Interview
Basic interview questions with the manager, then went to the shop floor for a few exercises. Some were questions about a display and what could be improved about it. Very easy, just said there were a few things missing and some price tags not shown. Then she asked me to go and find the cheapest paracetamol which I found straight away. Then she asked me what I would suggest as a gift for someone in hospital from a section of the store and I said gift sets so there would be a bit of everything. She told me she would let me know soon. She called me 2 or 3 days later offering me the job.
