Simple. Mostly questions about experiences and how I handled situations. Very easy and relaxed but this also depends on the hiring manager. The questions were mostly to find out how competent I was and often can become quite repetitive but also simple to answer as all pharmacistsorts will have had experiences in the kind of scenarios they asked examples for.

Interview
I was invited for a phone call interview with the area manager. The call lasted about 30 minutes and I received an email confirming that I had been offered a place within a week.

Really quick and relax interview with the area manager. received a few questions about my motivation to join boots and discussed about the potential career trajectory as a pharmacist. we talked about the benefits of joining and the support system within boots.
It was more of competence based question. Interviewer was very helpful and informative. There was room to ask questions and my expectations was also discussed. Generally a good session. Good calm environment for an interview
