I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Boots (Durham, England)
Interview
After the assessment I was invited for an interview. I prepared and was asked some questions, however we soon came to the conclusion that they were looking for someone for the Christmas period, which was not in the job advertisement. Therefore, unfortunately I couldn't have accepted the job anyways and was not taken to the shop floor.

Question 1
Tell me a time when you demonstrated that you can work in a team.
Friendly and straightforward. Prepare before to demonstrate previous experience in the field of working in retail to support your interview. The interview may require you to go onto the shop floor to help and advise customers to support them in their buying experience. This will help your interviewers to see firsthand your communication skills that will lead to a job offer.
