Applied for the job online, you will be asked usual application questions and experience level. I was sent an e-mail inviting me to arrange for an interview. I was interviewed by Pharmacy development manager for the area. The interview process involved standard questions such as tell me about yourself, biggest achievement, proudest moment, weakness and strength etc. I was selected and offered a job after a week.

Really quick and relax interview with the area manager. received a few questions about my motivation to join boots and discussed about the potential career trajectory as a pharmacist. we talked about the benefits of joining and the support system within boots.
It was more of competence based question. Interviewer was very helpful and informative. There was room to ask questions and my expectations was also discussed. Generally a good session. Good calm environment for an interview
