Short and sweet. Answered a few questions, then was taken onto the shop floor to look at an aisle and was asked what I would do if i had a couple of minutes in the aisle, and again if i had longer (around half an hour). Went back to finalise some details and then went home.

Friendly and straightforward. Prepare before to demonstrate previous experience in the field of working in retail to support your interview. The interview may require you to go onto the shop floor to help and advise customers to support them in their buying experience. This will help your interviewers to see firsthand your communication skills that will lead to a job offer.

It didnt take very long i was first asked the basic questions such as, why do you think you are fit for the job, what are your strengths. i was then taken to the shop floor where i was asked to sell any item of my choice to another colleague and also choose a customer to see if they would like any help.
