firstly the manager introduced herself and the position on offer then asked us what our favourite No 7 product is and why. Then she gave us some company background and asked us to introduce ourselves. In the second stage there was a demo shown with the products used. After the demo we had to practise on each other then go out onto the shop floor and bring in customers to sell them the demo products. Then we went back for a briefing and the manager asked us about our availability
