Interview
So I did the online application and questionnaire back in February and got randomly contacted in May for an interview (I'm guessing my application was there just for when a vacancy became available) and they invited me for an interview. I was interviewed by the manager and was asked customer service based questions about my past experiences and then taken to do a shop floor activity where I had to talk about a product I was passionate about and talk about an area of the store that needed improving, it took around 40 minutes in total.
It was pretty simple and they told me I'd find out either way in the next few days, it's now been 2 weeks and I haven't heard anything which I think is kind of unprofessional considering they only did a few interviews.
