Online application involved situational judgement questions. Need to take time and answer carefully but not too difficult. Friendly one to one interview mainly focussing on the hours I may be available to work and ability to complete health care training.

Interview
Average interview. Also brought out onto the shop floor and asked to pick a product and explain why you like it and then to look at a certain section and explain how you would arrange the shelves to best sell the products
Had to do a fake interaction scenario and test my people skills and direct someone to the right section of the store related to a scenario. Also had to go down the aisle and tidy it or suggest what I would improve (IE pull stock forward)

Scenario of a customer looking for a specific product
Started informal with chat. Moved onto the situational questions asking what I would do in certain scenarios. I was asked to describe my previous work experience. I also had to give examples of times I showed initiative, resolved a problem and worked under pressure.
