Interview
Met the young manager who was very personable and put me at ease straight away. However I found the interview questions totally irrelevant and very difficult to answer having not been in certain situations. He told me at the end of the interview that I should lie next time and give an elaborate explanation when asked - I said that I was not prepared to lie in an interview about things that I had not done or been involved in.

It was quite easy. they are all scenario based questions, so may be difficult to answer if you do not have a lot of work experience. i have heard in retail they may ask you to pick something from the shop and try sell it tp the intervoewer
