I picked my interview day and went in and made sure to be 10 minutes early since they have to sign you in. They took me for an individual interview and asked me some standard and scenario questions. Then they took me to the shop floor where I had to talk about a product in the store I had pre selected. They also took me around the store and asked what I'd do to improve the store and to approach a customer and see how interact with them.
