Applied online and they responded within 2 days, the interview was about a week later. I was first asked a few questions about availability, then I was asked to give examples of how I’d demonstrated certain skills - you don’t need to use examples of past jobs for every answer, even scenarios from university, school, volunteering etc. The manager then asked me to go onto the shop floor to approach customers (and try and sell a makeup palette), none were interested but it was about how I approached them! The whole interview took about 40-50 mins and wasn’t too difficult.
