Applied online, did online simulation test, got to interview stage, booked it online. When I went into the interview i went up to the cashier desk and said I was there for an interview, got taken to the staff canteen, was sat there for maybe 20 minutes because the manager that was in that day didn't know I was coming. I was taken into her office, she asked about my availability/my uni schedule, asked about previous experience asked what i would do if i saw a customer picking up and putting down products, asked why boots and then for an example of teamwork (kinda, she didn't really ask it was more of an informal chat rather than 'describe a time' if you get me). Then was taken up the store floor and she asked me to sell my product to her, I told her what i liked about it and why i chose it, then she took me to the baby aisle and asked me what i would do if i had 5 minutes to tidy it up and then what i would do if i had 10 or more minutes to tidy up. Then she said i was done, she took me down to the office where my stuff was, kind of had a chat with me and told me what boots was all about, told me it would be £8 an hour, took a photocopy of my passport, my phone number and my email and then sent me on my way. Got a phone call the next day offering me the job and asking me to come in for my induction that week and start then. The contract is until 6th January 2018
