Applied online, did an online assessment very simple questions and about a week later got invited for an interview. The manager wasn't there and another member of staff conducted it, she was very nice and it didn't feel like an interview at all. She asked me the questions on the paper and wrote it down word for word and then we had to go into the store as part of process ( she actual wanted to avoid it as they there very busy) talk to a customer and answer some more questions. ( still waiting to know if I got the job or not)
