I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Boots (Loughborough, England) in Dec 2017
Interview
The first stage is an online assessment. It's 40 questions long, just remember to bring honest and think about the qualities required.
There is then a follow up intereview. It's a competency based interview. My interview was an assistant manager and was very friendly.
Whilst I wasn't offered a job I got a very positive rejection and have been pooled, unlike those who are unable to apply for six months I have been encouraged to apply for other roles.
