Online application where you are asked multiple choice questions, related to scenarios that would occur if you worked there. These were not too difficult, some of them just common sense (I have no experience in retail and managed to get through to the interview stage). Have been asked to go for an interview that will last an hour, told to be ID and prepare to talk about a product that really appeals to me. Must dress smart, as part of the interview takes place on the shop floor (presumably about rearranging aisles etc)

What would I do if I seen a customer who was looking around the store quite confused
Easy enough interview, just asked the typical interview questions. Thought i fit the role well but did not receive an offer or any reason for not being selected. Interview took place in a cleaning closet, which i did find strange as it was opposite the staff break room.
The interview was an hour long. Questions were
asked around compentencies. I was then brought out onto the floor to interact with customers and demonstrate product knowledge. Overall, it was pleasent, good interview.
