I applied online and did had to do an online questionnaire with situational questions. I then received an email inviting me to interview and taking me to an online platform where I could book a slot. I had read on Glassdoor before that this interview would involve going on to the shop floor but the interviewer said that they would be doing a much shorter interview as they didn't agree with a lot of it, including the shop floor elements. They checked my right to work documents, and asked me some of the questions generated as a result of the situational questions online, as well as some more general questions. They said that I would receive an email either rejecting me, offering me the job or putting me into a talent pool for similar positions but couldn't make any decisions until all the interviews were completed. It's been a week and 1 day and I haven't yet heard anything but expect I will do in the next few days (ignore the no offer, it made me pick an option to post). Even if I haven't got it the interview was a positive experience and the interviewer made me feel really comfortable.

Question 1
What would I do if I seen a customer who was looking around the store quite confused
Easy enough interview, just asked the typical interview questions. Thought i fit the role well but did not receive an offer or any reason for not being selected. Interview took place in a cleaning closet, which i did find strange as it was opposite the staff break room.
The interview was an hour long. Questions were
asked around compentencies. I was then brought out onto the floor to interact with customers and demonstrate product knowledge. Overall, it was pleasent, good interview.
