I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Boots (Hull, England) in Jun 2018
Interview
Had to do an online assessment which was made up of 80 questions, then I received an email a couple of days later inviting me to an interview.
Pretty good interview, the manager was really friendly and immediately put me at ease. It was a competency based interview and then we went onto the shop floor where I was shown around. I then had to pick a product and talk about it - I slipped up a bit here because I should have probably read the leaflet inside!
I didn’t get the job but I was rang the day after which I thought was good, and she gave me feedback.
