I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Boots (London, England) in Dec 2017
Interview
When i got there i was told to wait at the back of the store and so i sat and waited for the manager to come. As we got in the room she asked me my personal details and asked for my evidence of working eligibility (i gave her my passport). The lady then proceeded to ask me my flexibility and then left the room to go photocopy my passport. When she came back she told me i had not got the job due to flexibility. However when applying i did state what my flexibilities' were so i am confused as to why i still had gotten that interview,
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
she did not ask any of the questions i was expecting such as why you want to work here or tell me about a product.
Private interview questions - pretty standard just based on experience and given loads of time to answer. Then taken to shop floor to pick a product and how I would recommend/sell it.

Question 1
What would I do if I seen a customer who was looking around the store quite confused
Easy enough interview, just asked the typical interview questions. Thought i fit the role well but did not receive an offer or any reason for not being selected. Interview took place in a cleaning closet, which i did find strange as it was opposite the staff break room.
The interview was an hour long. Questions were
asked around compentencies. I was then brought out onto the floor to interact with customers and demonstrate product knowledge. Overall, it was pleasent, good interview.
