I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Boots (London, England) in Oct 2018
Interview
Got to my interview 15minutes early, was led upstairs by the manager to their very cold and unwelcoming staff room. Sat there until my actual interview time when the manager returned and lead me all the way back down stairs into an office. Before even entering and starting the interview he stated “If you don’t get the job here I’ll be happy to recommend you to other branches I know are hiring” this obviously told me he had already found someone he wanted to hire for the role. He asked very basic questions and hardly wrote anything down, which to me confirmed what I thought. The whole interview was a waste of my time as it was obvious the role was filled.
I interviewed at Boots (Swindon, Wiltshire, South West England, England)
Interview
It was quite easy. they are all scenario based questions, so may be difficult to answer if you do not have a lot of work experience. i have heard in retail they may ask you to pick something from the shop and try sell it tp the intervoewer
