Applied through online application, had to go through an online questionnaire which had about 30 questions going through certain scenarios and then answering it by how you would cope with the situation in the best way. passed the questionnaire then at the interview was asked questions such as why I am suited for the job and general questions.
Applied for a full-time role, wasn't made clear that it was a Christmas temp job until interview. Asked about previous experience and spent five minutes on the shop floor, tidying shelves.
