Interview
I used the system to book an interview slot online at 12:00 for the sears park store. When I got to the store I quickly found out that the manager hadn't turned up that day and wouldn't be in for another hour so I was told to wait by which time another applicant had arrived and we ended up being double booked. I had my interview but it was rushed and very disorganised.
