I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Boots (Torquay, England) in Aug 2019
Interview
Filled in online assessment and then was called to arrange and interview instore where I had to answer a series of questions (quite a few questions but most of the questions asked where ones I had found on other Glassdoor interview reviews) and complete tasks on the shop-floor. I originally had an interview date but was phoned the morning of the interview to say that they had to cancel because they were short staffed with illness and so re-arranged roughly a week and a half later. Really friendly staff and nice atmosphere.

Pick a product of your choice and tell me about t and why you like it.
Just standard interview questions to check competency. Felt like a normal conversation nothing too invasive. Just things like that when was one time you delivered excellent customer service or how to do so.

Not bad, as long as you’re confident, they were very welcoming. It was a bit lengthy but I enjoyed it and come out feeling postive, it’s overall just to see if you’d be a good fit
Quick and easy. Standard retail interview. Was asked to talk about one of their products, to talk about myself. Was asked about my availability too. Good luck if you’re applying!
