Interview
I had to wait a while in a staff room and then was taken to a different room by the manager. She asked me questions about experience, how I'd deal with certain situations, times when I worked under pressure, motivated a team etc. The manager was really nice and probably would have put most people at ease but as it was my first job interview ever I was really nervous and didn't give the best answers, so I'm not surprised I didn't get the job.
It was medium they asked competency based questions. Such as how would you deal with difficult customer, how do you approach customer, tell me about more yourself, what are your strengthens/weaknesses
good interview. Asked questions about the company and mainly showing to them why you want to work there. The interviewers seemed nice and give the time to think about answers to questions
