Interview
You first complete an online application and questionnaire which will decide whether you should get an interview. If you get selected for an interview, you will first be greeted by a manager who will take you into the office and ask you a series of questions. You have to pitch a product to them that you chose which is advised from the email you will receive. You then complete a series of tasks on the shop floor.
Private interview questions - pretty standard just based on experience and given loads of time to answer. Then taken to shop floor to pick a product and how I would recommend/sell it.

Question 1
What would I do if I seen a customer who was looking around the store quite confused
Easy enough interview, just asked the typical interview questions. Thought i fit the role well but did not receive an offer or any reason for not being selected. Interview took place in a cleaning closet, which i did find strange as it was opposite the staff break room.
The interview was an hour long. Questions were
asked around compentencies. I was then brought out onto the floor to interact with customers and demonstrate product knowledge. Overall, it was pleasent, good interview.
