Screening questions online, then web based test, involving multiple questions after which was offered interview. Office based interview followed by time on the shop floor offering observations to manager and offering help to customers.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Boots
Interview
Completed the online application and recieved an email 3 days later inviting me for an interview. The interview took over an hour; the first half mainly consisted of competency-based questions, availability and any holidays, and the second half was out in the shop floor. The shop floor questions were simple and straight forward and I was asked a mixture of questions involving the electrical Beauty products and offers in store.
