Interview
No interview related questions asked. Many vague and general questions like I'm over qualified and they need to interview more candidates. Can only offer part-time roles.
They cut the call midway stating they need 5 minutes to attend to someone else.

Applied online through their careers path. Involved questions about various situations reflecting the role and general CV history. Then in person interview, lasted around 30minutes asking about my experience, difficult situations, showing where you have worked as part of a team etc. Telephone offer.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Boots (Glasgow, Scotland) in Jun 2016

Short and brief. They were so desperate for staff that I stood in the pharmacy for 30 minutes having a casual conversation and was told that I would have to come back for an interview but the job was already guaranteed and all the answers were filled to minimum.
