I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Boots (London, England) in Sep 2017
Interview
There were the normal interview things plus a section were the manager asked me to come down to the shop floor. Here I was given some sales based tasks like picking a product and trying to sell/pitch it to him (I would recommend picking something in advance so you can research and have enough to talk about/show your knowledge outside of what is just on the packet). I was also given a product and asked to approach customers to see if they would try it ad attempt to sell it to them.
