I did the online assesment and next day I was invited for an interview. The questions were quite easy: why boots, describe a time when you learned something new to help someone else etc. Later, we did the shop floοr assesment: describe your chosen product, how would you approach a teenager, what is good customer service, what does legendary mean for you, how would you make a customer feel welcome. Then they asked me to sell a hand cream to an employee and to tidy an aisle. The whole interview took about 1.5 hour.
