Interview
It was very quick and short. It was a telephone interview and focused only on if you had any previous retail experience. The person interviewing was in a rush and quite straight to the point focusing on experience and availability.
It was medium they asked competency based questions. Such as how would you deal with difficult customer, how do you approach customer, tell me about more yourself, what are your strengthens/weaknesses
good interview. Asked questions about the company and mainly showing to them why you want to work there. The interviewers seemed nice and give the time to think about answers to questions
