Might ask you to find out some products from shop floor.
Might ask you to give few good sides and some bad sides about the store (followed by a short
tour around the store)
Might ask to sale their advantage card.

I was interviewed at the shop by the manager and a woman from HR. The HR person wanted to go with another applicant but the manager was adamant she wanted to hire me. I've been with them for 8 years, no sick and excellent performance reviews. Stuff you HR
