Invited to a group interview with 9 other people, and was given a scenario question. A customer wants to change her hairstyle, what would you recommend? I mentioned things like asking about their hair type, a celeb look that inspires them etc
Then we went to the shop floor and I was given the skincare aisle to observe and asked what would I fix if I had 10 mins and if I had longer what would I improve? I mentioned restocking shelves, recycling the cardboard boxes and making sure offers could be seen properly, popular products moved upto the the middle shelf in eye view. Definatley mentions the boots advantage card and app or any deals that you notice that are always on e.g the no7 3 for 2. Overall good experience, easy, relaxed interview.
