I was invited to attend an interview for an Accuracy Checking Technician position after passing the Online assessment stage. I arrived at the store at the specified time only to be asked to come half an hour later because apparently the store manager had no idea I was coming to their store to be interviewed for the role! He basically didn't know anything about me and didn't seem to care either. I came back to the store 30 minutes later as he asked only to be kept waiting for additional 15 minutes. The interview lasted for about 5 minutes during which he told me that it seems like I don't have enough experience for the role. I was quite outraged by this kind of disrespectful attitude towards a potential employee. Why did they invite me for the interview in the first place if my experience didn't match their needs? And to be totally unprepared and keep somebody waiting for 45 minutes is just rude. Such a waste of time.
