Interview
I had to complete an online assessment which involved a personality test and a decision making test. If I passed this, I was invited to an assessment centre where there was a short numeracy test, a short written test, and a verbal test. This was then followed by a 45 minute interview in which I was asked mostly competency based questions relating to pharmacy.

Interview
You have to first get into their summer placement before you will get picked as a pre-reg. Very tough competition there was lots of people competing for the job. But the way the choose their summer placement seems to be random.
