I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Boots (Charing Cross, England) in Mar 2015
Interview
Did a online assessment was successful and i was further contacted for a interview at a the boots store I applied to.
The person that interviewed me made me feel comfortable it didn't feel like an interview it felt more like a conversation.
I was taken onto the shop floor to do a few activities ...telling them about made my favorite product , identifying confident and non-confident customers and also included role playing with a employee trying to sell them a product.
Overall the interview was fairly easy coming from someone who was dead nervous, trust me you have nothing to worry about, piece of cake
Private interview questions - pretty standard just based on experience and given loads of time to answer. Then taken to shop floor to pick a product and how I would recommend/sell it.

Question 1
What would I do if I seen a customer who was looking around the store quite confused
Easy enough interview, just asked the typical interview questions. Thought i fit the role well but did not receive an offer or any reason for not being selected. Interview took place in a cleaning closet, which i did find strange as it was opposite the staff break room.
The interview was an hour long. Questions were
asked around compentencies. I was then brought out onto the floor to interact with customers and demonstrate product knowledge. Overall, it was pleasent, good interview.
