I couldn't get the job and I was offered a new position. I was contacted by the HR and then by the line manager. only general questions about myself and my prior experience...nothing technical.
Friendly and amenable interview. Both interviewers aimed to get a sense of not just professional experience but my character and personality to align itself with the business. In the end I ended up accepting a different role.
