The store manager was really lovely and it was a chatty/relaxed interview. A fee competency based questions and then some scenarios e.g how would you sell a product to a customer. Then had to read a leaflet and answer questions about the info provided.

It was quite easy. they are all scenario based questions, so may be difficult to answer if you do not have a lot of work experience. i have heard in retail they may ask you to pick something from the shop and try sell it tp the intervoewer
