Interview
First you fill out an online aptitude test through the application site and if successful, you will be contacted to arrange an in-person interview. It was an average interview setting, 1-1 with a manager. Not too overly professional or strict and actually was a quite friendly atmosphere where I felt comfortable to ask questions/help. I'd say it is a good starting point for students to work in retail as this interview style was laid-back and the interviewer didn't put on pressure or criticise if you didn't know something. After finishing the interview, you will be contacted with the results / availability if offered a position.

Question 1
Asked a series of average interview questions like experience and how you fit the role etc. Also asked scenario questions like what would you do if a customer asked for help / different real life situation based questions. The interviewer was very kind and gave pointers if you were unsure.

Interview
The interview was a really good experience. The people there were very friendly and welcoming. All in all a great experience. Very professional. The questions asked were relevant to the role.
With some luck I eventually made it through the questionnaire. Then it was a phone call with classic questions. This was during covid so I don’t know whether the interview would normally be face to face.
Fantastic. From the start to the end of the process, I was kept informed and really enjoyed meeting the hiring team. They made me feel at ease and I enjoyed the process.
