Sent off my application on a Tuesday and on the same day completed the online assessment (which was fairly simple - answering questions where you knew what they were looking for) and was offered an in store assessment where I got to choose what date and time the interview was. Asked a worker where I was meant to go as I was there for an interview and she told me by the photos, so I went by the tills by the photos and they asked me to sign in. The lady told me to follow her as we tried to find the assistant manager but he was nowhere to be found so she asked him to go to healthcare over the speakers and told me to wait there too. I waited... and waited, then tada! We went up to this little room where he had a booklet and asked me questions like Why Boots? Etc. Also asked me if there were any other Boots I could potentially work at. At the end we went to photocopy my birth certificate and that was it... no shop floor exercises, nada! So all in all took about 20 / 30 minutes. Asked some sneaky questions though when we were walking out like 'So have you been looking up and down the high street?' (In terms of Jobs) 'Because we get people who only want a job not particularly this job'. Oh yes, it's my lifetime dream to work at Boots :)
