The interview went great and the person interviewing me was very friendly and understanding. First off, I waited in the canteen as had arrived early, then we went into a tiny office and she just asked some genuine legal questions (as per). After that she asked questions about how I work in a team, situations i've learnt from not knowing something, etc. It seemed a lot of them were focused on my previous 'experience' but being only 17 I haven't really had much and as previously said, she was understanding of that. Then she took me into the store and we walked around for a little, she asked questions about what I would do if a certain customer looked like they didn't know what they wanted, etc, which went very well. Then we went to discuss the product I had chosen prior to the interview. After this, we went and got involved with the customers, picking out which ones looked confident and which ones looked like they needed help, then asking them. This didn't go as well as planned as there wasn't many that looked like they wanted help (It was busy, everyone was collecting what they wanted then rushing, etc) So I only ended up going up to one customer and they didn't want my help... but this wasn't an issue. After I was rejected of help I explained its never good to pester a customer if its quite clear they don't want your help, which she agreed on. After this we just discussed the boots card, and talked about signing me up to one, and went back to the office. Told me I got the job!!
