The interview process overall wasn't too bad. Had a one to one with assessor asking about availability etc. Then asked questions such as Why Boots? Have any previous retail experience? Once the questions were done went onto the shop floor site where I had to sell a product and then went round to customers asking if they needed any help? After we went back to the room and she took my passport and that was it! The interviewee was really nice which made it easier.
