I applied online. The day after I applied I was sent the link to do the online assessment. The online assessment was relatively easy, in the assessment I was given a range of scenarios in different departments as was asked to pick the most effective and least effective thing to do. A few days later, I was sent a letter saying I had gotten to the face to face interview and was asked to book my interview. The interview was with the manager of the Boots store who was very friendly and made me feel at ease ( I was feeling very nervous as this was my first job interview). The interview consisted of two sections, the first section was in a private back room. In this section I was asked to confirm my details, and give my identity documents, following this I was asked simple questions. After this we got to the second section with was on the shop floor, during this section I was asked how I would respond to a range of scenarios, then to sell a product I was passionate about. I was then given a product to sell to customers, I had to approach three different customers and try to sell them them the product. All in all it was an easy interview and i really enjoyed the whole process and I am waiting for the result of the interview. I was told I would hear back within a week.
