start with introduce yourself and say something about your favourite beauty product (tips: select a boots brand) , after that some questions about possible crises with clients, afterward a play in store that include find bestseller produce (foundation, mascara and serum). Finally you should speak to real clients, like "do you need help etc". (tips: when start a conversation with a client use ''I like your lipstick etc")

Interview
Interviewer barely listened or interacted with me, acted stuck up and rude. Rejected me because I didn’t have experience yet on the job description they don’t need experience??? This is a waste of time, the whole interview was 3 hours and I sold 4 products in under 15 minutes, all for free? I would advise to not even go to the interview, they waste your time and you make them a profit for free.
Two part interview process with a showcase and the second part a 1-1 interview. It was good fun and gave plenty of opportunity to demonstrate beauty knowledge. 1-1 interview was standard competency questions.
Online questions. Next you’re invited into store for a group interview and ‘showcase’ where you answer knowledge questions on the shop floor by asking other staff members the top selling mascara etc. You then have to engage with customers as you would in your job role.
