Interview with the store manager who was lovely & friendly but had been replaced by a useless manager by the time I’d started the job.

It was quite easy. they are all scenario based questions, so may be difficult to answer if you do not have a lot of work experience. i have heard in retail they may ask you to pick something from the shop and try sell it tp the intervoewer
