Interview
Quite simple and easy going interview where you are in the shop floor for the first half and asked to bring your favourite makeup product and explain why and then select an item you think is their best seller and explain why. Then, trying to bring a customer on the shop floor to sit down and test a few products on them and they’re just assessing your communication skills. At last it ends with a 10-15min one to one interview with the hiring manager.

My interview experience was positive and structured. The process included an initial screening, followed by a technical/behavioral round, and a final discussion with the panel. The interviewers were professional and supportive, asking both role-related and situational questions. Overall, it was a good learning experience that helped me showcase my skills and gain clarity about the role.
Asked competency questions. Went onto the shop floor and interacted with customers. Picked out beauty products and had to explain why I chose them and also had to get a customer to come and test and try out a product.
