Applied through reed.com and than had an online assessment after passing that had an interview. The interview had questions and after that i was taken to store and given 5 mins to sell a Star Christmas hamper and a product that i really liked to the interviewer. Than i was taken to an untidy aisle and asked how i would tidy it up. Thy had just made some bottles fall and a tag misplaced and ingeneral products werent aligned so i suggested that neatness n tidyness are essence to Boots image and products price n labels should be visible. Glassdoor really helped plus i also googled to see kind of questions asked for Customer Service Assistant and printed them. So i was prepared and confident. They are looking for confident, calm under pressure, team workers so try to add these elements.
