Fairly easy interview process, sat down with the manager who explained the small task to be undertaken in the next 10 minutes and was asked about my availability and customer related experience

It was very straightforward. Submit CV online, then an online scenario based question interview and then in-person interview. From CV submission to interview the process doesn't take too long at all.
