I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Boots (Edinburgh, Scotland)
Interview
I applied online. Few days after I sent my application I was invited for an interview via email, there was a link to book the interview a week later and they asked me to study a product I was passionate about. I choose a N°7 day cream. I was a bit nervous because I never did an interview in English before, but the girl who interviewed me was very kind and made me feel welcome. She asked me about previous experience (I did not have many) and some questions similar to those I answered in the online application. After that we went to the shop and she asked me about the product I choose. She also made me organize a messy shelf and asked how I would improve the shop.
Some days later I was offered a position and I accepted.
I prepared for the interview reading people's experiences here. It was very helpful.
