I applied online and was selected for an interview the next day which I booked for a few days later. I arrived at the store about 15 minutes early and was told to wait at the opticians seating area till the manager came to get me to start the interview. She took me into an office in the back and asked me some general questions about my work experience and why I wanted to work for the company. She then took me out onto the shop floor and asked me about the product which I chose (which they tell you to pick when they email you about the interview) I was then asked to approach a few customers and ask if they needed help, as it was a Saturday it wasn't very busy so I only had to approach one person. She then took me back into the office and told me they'd contact me in a few days if I was successful, they phoned me a few hours later to tell me I was successful and that they'd like to offer me a job, I filled out all of my forms a week ago and have still not received my induction date.
